Dutch Iris
Dutch Irises are elegant early summer favorites, versatile in the garden, and
long lasting as cut flowers make them a great selection. In our region they
bloom in June and July. The bright flowers contrast the slender, grass-like
foliage perfectly. The flower stems grow 20-24”. Zones 4-9.

German Iris
How do you improve upon the picture-perfect bearded iris? With these fabulous
re-blooming ones. Enjoy the first bloom in spring and a second show from August
to October. Plant by themselves or in a mixed perennial border. Some have a
sweet fragrance. They are easy to grow but cannot tolerate wet feet so be sure
the soil is well drained. Average height 30-38”. Zones 4-10.
